A man has been rescued by firefighters from the wreckage of his vehicle after a crash.

Police, fire crews and paramedics were called to the Thanet Way near Herne Bay at around 10am today after the two-vehicle collision.

It is believed to have happened on the slip-road leading to Herne Bay.

The man has been passed to ambulance crews.
