Lifeboat volunteers were called to the rescue of two sailors whose dinghy capsized off the coast of Hampton this afternoon.
The sailors were 400 yards from the shore when the incident happened and when lifeboat crews arrived at 3.25pm they were still stuck in the water.
Photographer Adrian Bennett witnessed the incident and caught the dramatic rescue on camera.
He said the two men, believed to be members of the Hampton Pier Yacht Club were unable to climb back aboard, and were brought back to the shore.
They were brought back to shore where coastguard volunteers were on hand. Mr Bennett added the two looked tired after their ordeal.
