Two popular high street restaurants have been put on the market.
The Cow Shed and Oyster and Chop House in Herne Bay are being advertised by business property adviser Christie & Co.
The former closed at the end of August after operating for the last four years.
Its leasehold has been given an asking price of £59,950.
James Hughes of Christie & Co said: “The business closed its doors at the end of August after four successful years of trading as the owners wished to focus on their other business interests within the sector."
The Oyster and Chop House is available for £249,950, which includes two long-term leases for the basement and ground floor.
