Another celebrity has raved about their time at an animal park in Kent.
Amy Childs, from The Only Way is Essex, posted a video on Instagram after spending the day at Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve, near Hythe.
The TV personality, who also starred in her own reality series ‘It's All About Amy’ from 2011 to 2012, visited over the weekend for son Ritchie’s fifth birthday.
The family, including her partner Billy Delbosq, got to feed the giraffes on a safari tour as well as come face-to-face with gorillas and rhinos.
Amy, 33, shared a video showing snippets of the visit and says she and her family had “the most amazing day” adding she “can’t wait to go back soon”.
The caption to the video read: “Sooo… where do I begin. I can’t thank Port Lympne enough for making Ritchie's fifth birthday so special.
“As a family we had the most amazing day, we absolutely loved feeding the gorillas and the giraffe safari was incredible…
“We rounded the day off with a beautiful dinner at ‘The Garden Room’.
“I recommend everyone visiting this restaurant if you’re making the trip to Port Lympne the staff were truly amazing, so helpful and was amazing with Ritchie, can’t wait to go back soon.”
This is not the first time the celeb has visited Kent. She also enjoyed a stay at The Cave Hotel near Faversham earlier this year.
She spent a few days at the venue in Boughton, near Faversham, celebrating a 'babymoon' with partner Billy.
Other famous faces have also shared their experiences after visiting Port Lympne, including fellow Towie star Gemma Collins, who says she fell in love with the park after her trip there.
Radio 1 presenter Greg James spent his honeymoon at the park in 2018, while former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson came face to face with a tiger during her stay.
Towie's Billie Shepherd and her sister Samantha Faiers also visited the reserve last year and said they enjoyed "the most wonderful stay" at one of the luxury lodges.
Recently, a KentOnline reporter enjoyed a stay under the stars in the site’s newest accommodation – The Lookout Bubble.
Described as a transparent, round tent, it offers views over the Kent countryside.
