Photos and video shows Kent's animals frolicking in the snow.

Following three days of snow fall, wildlife parks Port Lympne, near Hythe, and Wildwood, between Canterbury and Herne Bay, have been left covered in a layer of the white stuff.

Mish and Lucy, Wildwood Trust’s brown bear cub siblings, have been rolling about in the snow while also enjoying some Valentine's Day themed treats.

The heart shaped pinatas were stuffed with their favourites including fresh fruit and marshmallows to mark the occasion.

The treats are good enrichment for the bears, and encourage them to search out treats and mimic their natural foraging behaviour.

The two cubs, who are brother and sister, were rescued from Albania, after being found alone and abandoned.

Sally Holt, senior keeper at Wildwood Trust, said: "Our bear cubs especially love nothing more than spending time together playing, snoozing and foraging, and many of our residents live in family groups.

"We wanted to celebrate them this year, as we know that many families out there will have formed stronger bonds, just like our animals, over the last year together."

At Port Lympne, run by the Aspinall Foundation, snowmen have been created and added to some of the enclosures.

Snow has also covered the park's vast grounds, including its safari.

There was further delays and disruption across Kent today following more snowfall last night.
