A trail of destruction has been left by a lorry after it got stuck in a quiet village road.
Police were called to Lympne, near Hythe, earlier this morning after the trucker took a wrong turning and mounted the kerb.
Damage was done to several walls and has dug up one of the houses's block driveways in Harman Avenue.
It is believed the lorry was en route to Heathrow but somehow found its way into the residential street.
A recovery truck was called to get the Romanian registered vehicle free.
Officers were called shortly after 10.55am to the street.
No injuries have been reported but extensive damage has been caused to properties in the street.
Police have not confirmed why the lorry was in the area or if any further damage to power lines, gas mains or water pipes has been caused.
