A series of 15 reported thefts that happened at around the same time has sparked a police warning.
Officers have reminded motorists to keep their valuables secure following the alleged thefts from cars in Lympne, near Hythe.
They all happened during the early hours of Wednesday, April 26.
Items reported stolen include cash and satellite navigation systems.
Insp Kevin Stephens from the Community Safety Unit said: "While we carry out inquiries into these reported thefts we urge residents to be vigilant and make sure no valuables are left in vehicles at any time which could be tempting for thieves.
"We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed anything or has more information that could help us with our inquiries."
Advice given to prevent similar incidents from happening includes not leaving anything on display, taking valuables out of cars, removing the stereo and wiping suction wipes from satnavs off the windscreen or dashboard.
