Emergency crews – including the air ambulance – have been pictured at a seafront this morning.

Two police cars, two ambulances and three coastguard vehicles are also at the scene in Stade Street and West Parade in Hythe.

A spokesperson from HM Coastguard said its Folkestone rescue team was sent to the incident after being alerted at 8am.

The emergency services have been approached for comment.
