This is the dramatic scene captured by a neighbour of a house which has partially collapsed.
Sarah Anderson, who lives in Seabrook Road in Hythe, was confronted by the sight of the huge pile of rubble after a wall of a property in neighbouring Albion Place came crashing down.
Thankfully it is understood that the house is currently unoccupied.
"It's a rubble wall with a render facing," Ms Anderson, a civil engineer, said. "I believe work was going to be done, so I'm guessing it's all in the hands of the insurance company.
"There's been a crack going up that wall that I have been admiring for about 20 years. I was just going out, and looked across and thought 'oh my lord'."
