Discipline is one of the big issues manager Tim Dixon wants to tackle at Hythe Town this summer.

Dixon, who took over from Scott Porter almost a year ago, is ready to really put his stamp on things over the next few months.

He said: "I’ve stepped back a little bit this season.

"I didn’t want to go bulldozing in and change everything around but discipline needs to be put back in place.

"Things will be better off the field next year and hopefully that will help our performances on the field."

He added: "Things need to improve and myself and the management team need to get better at certain things.

"Training facilities have always been a problem. Towards the end of the season, we were training in a school sports hall and that’s not good enough when we’re trying to coach players."
