Hythe Town announced three more new signings on Tuesday night.
Having already brought in Hastings midfielder Sam Adams and Eastbourne Town striker Kenny Pogue, Cannons boss Clive Cook has been busy again.
Dan Parkinson has joined from Herne Bay while Hythe have also recruited midfielders Charlie Webster and Chris Saunders from Tonbridge Angels and Ashford United respectively.
Cook plans to keep 13 members of last season's 17-man squad as he plots an assault on the Ryman League Division 1 South title in 2016/17.
Cook said: "That’s our goal. Whether that happens, who knows? They’ve got to fit the dressing room, they must fit what we’ve already got.
"I’m pleased with what I’ve already got and no-one wants to leave. It’s not as if I need to change it like I did when I first went there and there were drastic changes.
"What I’m bringing in will better the squad by a long way.
"I’m not saying we’re going to win the league but I want to do well and what I’m bringing in will hopefully help.
"Some big sides have come into the league this year and they’ve got money like Greenwich, Lewes, Cray Wanderers and Horsham. They’re all decent sides so it’s going to be a competitive year.
"We need to be competitive in what we do and what we bring in."
