Hythe Town will qualify for the play-offs if they win at home to Chipstead this weekend.
They go to promotion rivals Faversham on the final day of the season but manager Clive Cook wants to sort things out before the derby clash at Salters Lane.
Chipstead have had a poor season but are safe from relegation and will travel to Reachfields under no pressure.
Cook said: "I want the result on Saturday, end of story. I don’t care how we get it. It’s a 46-game season and I’d hate to slip now.
"We’ve got to make sure we do our bit and that’ll be a tough game, Chipstead are not a bad side. They brought a lot of players in from Tooting & Mitcham and I know they’ll be decent.
"If we win that’s a little bit of pressure off because we’re in the play-offs.
"Our attitude is that no-one can beat us at the moment and it’s been like that for a while. We’ve built up an attitude of belief when we turn up to games.
"It’s our last home game and we’ve got good home form so let’s not spoil it."
Hythe start the weekend fourth in Ryman League Division 1 South, level on points with third-placed Worthing.
Final league positions are important as the teams finishing second and third will be at home in the play-off semi-finals.
Cook said: "Worthing have got a tough game, going away to Guernsey, who gain most of their points at home.
"What I don’t want to do is take our foot off the pedal in case anyone else slips up."
