Hythe Town will host Tonbridge Angels in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Sam Denly's side beat Worthing United 3-0 in the last round and now face the team sitting top of Bostik Premier.
It's one of two Kent derbies thrown up by Tuesday's draw, with Ramsgate up against Bostik South East rivals Sevenoaks.
Margate have been drawn at home to Horndean but Folkestone must travel to Burgess Hill.
Also set for home matches are Faversham, Phoenix Sports, Whitstable and Sittingbourne.
The ties will be played over the weekend of September 8 with the winners banking £6,000 in prize money.
