The ribbon will be officially cut on a £3.6 million new office development at the end of the month.
Tonbridge and Malling MP Tom Tugendhat will open the offices for start-up and growing businesses in Kings Hill near West Malling on Wednesday, May 30.
Created by business accommodation provider CapitalSpace, Building 80 will provide 30 offices for companies of up to 10 people, to complement the existing space for 159 SMEs.
And already all the offices have been snapped up.
The firm's managing director, Peter Boam, said: "There is a real shortage of affordable business accommodation in Kent, and what little is available normally means being tied into lengthy contracts, which presents a real challenge for small businesses that want to grow but aren’t sure what the future holds.
"We aim to support them by offering affordable, flexible accommodation that they can scale up and down as their needs change."
Nicolas Heslop, leader of Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, added: "The fact these new offices are now fully occupied after such a short period of time demonstrates clearly that there is a huge demand for well designed, modern offices for small and start-up businesses."
Other guests at the opening will include the mayor and Kent County Council's cabinet member for economic development, Mark Dance.
