A leading professional services firm has swooped to acquire two accountancy firms in the county.
London headquartered Xeinadin has snapped up Friend & Grant, which has offices in Strood and Kings Hill, as well as Dartford-based Hedly Dunk.
Both will become part of the Xeinadin group but continue to operate under their existing names, retain their teams and office locations.
Xeinadin was established in June 2019. In 2021, it secured backing from one of the UK’s leading private equity investors, Exponent, since when it has grown to become one of the top 20 largest accountancy firms in the UK.
Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin, said: “Kent is home to a diverse and thriving business community, and bringing Friend & Grant and Hedley Dunk into the fold will allow us to give even more support to local businesses.
