A leading Medway accountancy firm has been acquired as part of a merger.

The Crossley Group, based in Star Hill, Rochester, has become part of TC Group’s mergers and acquisitions strategy.

The Kent firm was founded in 1995 and employs more than 100 staff.

The TC Group is a fast-growing business advisors and accountants headquartered in West Sussex.
