A crane hire company says it is to invest £2million during the year as it looks to reach new heights.
Thanet Crane Hire, which employs 23 people, says £30,000 of the cash injection will be for training and developing staff.
The company, founded in 2008 and which recently moved into new headquarters in Headcorn, has also invested in its fleet.
One crane arrived in January and three others are expected in the spring, along with what's known as a hiab - a crane-assisted lorry.
Operations Director Jack Stickings said: "We have built our success on training up local people who are keen to learn and develop their career, whether they had previous experience or not. We provide HGV training for drivers joining our transport division and nationally recognised qualifications for our lifting operatives.
“With our continual investment in staff development and the arrival of our new cranes and hiab, 2022 is set to be a busy and productive year."
