An accountancy firm in Maidstone has been acquired by the ever-expanding Crowe UK as it looks to expand its coverage in Kent.

Dendy Neville, which employs 18 staff at its Tonbridge Road site, will now become part of Crowe’s Kent office which already has outlets in both Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.

David Hill, director of Dendy Neville, becomes a partner at Crowe UK following the merger

As a result of the move, Dendy Neville’s three directors - David Hill, Andrew Perkins and Paul Gittins - will also become partners at Crowe UK.

David Hill said: “We have worked closely with Crowe Kent for over 20 years and have known some of the Kent partners for much longer.

“Joining forces with Crowe seemed a natural progression in light of our common commitment to high standards in client support.”
