A media and advertising agency has closed, putting 16 people out of work.
Twenty20 Media Vision, based in Tunbridge Wells, had been facing financial pressure and was forced to cease trading last month.
The company, known as TTMV, planned and bought media for businesses looking to run publicity campaigns including Carpetright, Fat Face, Raymond Weil Watches and Wren Kitchens.
The firm was bought by Porta Communications for £1.9 million in 2012 but fell into administration in February after suffering a severe shortfall in cashflow.
FRP Advisory were appointed as administrators, retaining one of its 17 members of staff to help sell its assets on behalf of its creditors.
Joint administrator Nigel Hamilton-Smith said: “After a sharp deterioration in trading conditions at the end of last year and continuing into 2015, the business had faced unsustainable cash flow pressures, leaving its directors with no option but to cease trading and make the vast majority of staff redundant prior to our appointment as administrators.
“We shall continue to realise the assets of the business through the administration process in the interest of all stakeholders.”
