Church & Dwight, based in Folkestone, which makes Arm and Hammer toothpaste, sees revenues break £70m and operating profits grow 15%

Revenues at toiletry products manufacturer Church & Dwight, whose brands include Arm and Hammer, broke the £70 barrier last year, it can be revealed.
The Folkestone-based company reported a growth in operating profits to more than £4.5m, up 15% from nearly £4m the year before, in its accounts for 2013.
It came as revenues at the firm, which also produces hair removal product Nair, surged to £73m, up 4.7% from £69.7m.
A growth in sales in international markets, particularly Europe and the Middle East, led to the turnover boost.
These grew from £16.6m to £17.7m on the Continent and from £4.8m to £5.2m in the Arabic market.
Sales int he rest of the world also increased from £5.5m to £7.2m.
The firm employed nearly 320 people in 2013, the majority working in manufacturing. It had net assets of £31m.
The company is a subsidiary of the US company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
