In a review of the Kent Excellence in Business Awards , the KM Group business monthly, and a special awards brochure distributed after the presentation ceremony, in Kent Businessit was stated that Clive Gawler, founder of Red Alert Telecare, winner of the Start Up Business of the Year, previously ran a security company.
