A contact centre in Ashford has completed a £1million, 12-month technology upgrade.

The Willesborough-based Europa Contact Centre has seen the biggest investment in the site since it was acquired by Dartford logistics firm the Europa Worldwide Group in 2019.

The Ashford centre currently employs 33 staff and plans to increase that to 50 by the end of the year.

Improvements were aimed at "future-proofing" the centre, which responds to client enquiries.

As well as this investment the team has been boosted with the appointment of a new general manager - Mat Jobson who joins with over 20 years commercial experience.

Mr Jobson said: "This investment means we are ideally placed to support our existing customers and their future requirements and deliver on our growth strategy through increasing our capacity.

"Alongside this new technology we’re looking for more team members to join us.”
