The only pub in a Kent village has been put up for sale.

The Queen's Head in Five Oak Green, near Tonbridge, includes a dining area and outside area - and could be yours for £295,000 for the freehold.

The semi-detached two-story building has a bar, newly-fitted kitchen and separate games room with darts board and pool table.

In addition there is owner's accommodation, consisting of three bedrooms, on the first floor.

The property was last up for auction in 2015 for a guide price of around £160-170,000.

James Hughes, business agent at Christie & Co, which is handling the sale, said:, “The Queens Head is a popular and well supported venue in the heart of this great village and presents a fabulous opportunity for a new owner operator. The business is currently wet led giving a new operator the chance to build on current trade by providing a food offering and extending the opening hours.

“Rural Kent is popular with those looking for a lifestyle business and this picturesque village setting makes an ideal base for those to live and immerse themselves in the local community, with The Queen’s Head at its heart.”
