Folkestone-based digital marketing agency Sleeping Giant Media has won awards at the Investors In People Awards 2021.

The firm scooped the Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition awards at the virtual event.

They also had two members of their team, Amber Vellacott and Holly Cooke, as finalists for The Young Person Award.

The company offers unlimited holiday and birthdays off, profit share, annual salary rise and flexible working in addition to a host of other perks.
