Sales growth and selling a business are on the agenda at two seminars.

EMC Management Consultants, a specialist firm in business management and corporate finance, based in Maidstone, Sussex and London, is hosting the free events on March 13 and 14 at Kent County Cricket Club's St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury.

The first focuses on Growing Your Sales in a Tough and Competitive Economy. The second turns the spotlight on The Challenges of Buying or Selling a Business.

The former will cover sales force management and customer retention, the latter will be on grooming a business for sale or acquisition, valuation, tax planning and process. Both will run from 8am to 10am..
