The Kings Summit shares specific Scale-Up strategies that give business owners an edge in the marketplace and have proved to be highly effective for all the companies involved.

Funded by Innovate UK and delivered by EEN, the Scaleup Programme supports a select group of companies on a journey to exponential growth.

Attendees of the summit can also hear from other companies and how they overcame many challenges to elevate their business operations to whole new levels.

Despite only being in its second year, this year’s conference is expected to double in size and it’s significance for the future is equally just as big.

The ongoing Brexit saga has created uncertainty within the business arena but Kent based companies partaking in the current Scale Up Programme with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce have defied the odds.

In fact, the Kings Summit will report on some outstanding progress being made on over 70 companies working with qualified, professional coaches and mentors over a period of 12 months to help Scale Up their businesses.

This year’s summit will focus on specific Scale Up strategies that have proved to be highly effective for business growth, namely an average of over 20 per cent growth in turnover in less than a year.

“Businesses are welcome to come and learn from the very entrepreneurs that have taken their business to a whole new level, who understand the challenges of growing a business and who can provide them with real and honest insights into specific growth strategies,” said The Kings Summit co-founder Simon Teague.

Simon and his team have worked with an array of different organisations, from small businesses with incomes of £100,000 to large corporations with multimillion pound turnovers and have the knowledge and experience to help each and everyone of them climb each step successfully.

Following the success of last year’s conference, two major companies in Kent - Wilkins Kennedy and HRGO - are sponsoring The Kings Summit in 2019.

In addition, Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce are promoting the event to their members.

This year’s lineup of speakers consists of men and women who have endured and overcome challenges but also clinched success and rewards.

Attendees will also get the opportunity to create a powerful plan for their business using proven methodologies which are being applied by up to 50 companies across Kent as part of the Scale Up Kent Programme.
