Are you looking to make that first step onto the property ladder?
Then these homes in this new riverside community are worth a look.
Peters Village is Kent's latest community near Wouldham and set in the rustic countryside with great transport links and peaceful lifestyle with modern necessities all within easy reach.
One and two bedroom stylish apartments in the community are currently available from Moat, which has already garnered plenty of interest from homeseekers.
“The first homes have been released for reservations and are now ready to move into,” said Ben Davis who is the sales officer for Moat at Peters Village.
“It’s a brilliant location for anyone, especially those making their first step onto the property ladder.
“All homes are specifically built to suit modern lifestyles but there is also a true village feel with shops, a medical centre and a village hall soon to come.

Moving into one of these properties is also not as difficult as it may seem.
One of the biggest problems facing many people - with some forced to rent and others still living with parents - is getting onto that all-elusive property ladder.
But a government-backed scheme called shared ownership is being offered by housing association Moat meaning that they can now purchase a share of a property (between 25% and 75%), while paying a subsidised rent on the remainder.
“Moat is proud to present a collection of one and two bedroom apartments that are now available for shared ownership purchase at Buckland Rise,” continued Ben.
“Shares start from just 30% for these sought after homes, making them a great way to get onto the property ladder and a lot more affordable than buying outright.
“Cost-wise, homebuyers are looking at a £3,000 (5%) deposit for one of these homes which is a fantastic incentive.”
Described as being idyllic starter homes, the apartments come with all the features needed for modern living, including fully fitted gloss kitchens, integrated Zanussi appliances, allocated parking and a 12-year NHBC build warranty.
The new school, Wouldham All Saints CE Primary, is also now open at Peters Village for those with children.
There is access onto the M2 and M20 and the area is only a 15 minute drive to Rochester and Maidstone. The train journey from nearby Snodland to London St. Pancras is only 50 minutes.

Need any more incentive to buy a home at Peters Village?
Each purchaser will receive £1,000 worth of Next vouchers when they complete and move into one of the apartments at Peters Village.
They can spend on whatever they like including furniture and accessories although they would need to use Moat’s panel mortgage advisor and solicitor.
Anyone can apply for a home at Peters Village but priority will be given to people who live or work in the Tonbridge and Malling borough.
An annual household income must be less than £80,000 and the purchaser should be unable to purchase a home suitable for their needs without assistance.
Current homeowners (or those named on the deeds of another property) are not eligible for one of the properties and must not have any outstanding credit issues (i.e. unsatisfied defaults or county court judgements).
