Tunbridge Wells based Cripps LLP makes Ed Fowler new partner after strong financial year

A law firm has made an number of promotions as it celebrates its ‘most successful’ year to date.
Over the last twelve months Cripps LLP has seen turnover grow from £22.8 million to £26.2m.
Following the financial success the group has been able to make 15 staff changes, giving these employees senior positions.
One of the 15 has moved to partner, as five take up a managing associate role and the remianing nine are promoted to associates.
The new partner, Ed Fowler, has experience as a real estate expert and advises the firm on property aspects of transactions – Ed has been at Cripps for 11 years.
Also in the real estate and investment department, Ben Johnston becomes a managing associate, while Tim Collier, Ian Hoare and Natalie Mulholland all become associates.
Further promotions to associate include: Ray Bennett (estates), Caroline Hedley (corporate PSL), Jane Hodge (tax), Stephen Horscroft (advisory), Claire Tollefson (family) and Tom Trowhill (commercial).
The remaining new managing associates are: Rhona Derbyshire (employment), Joanna Ford (commercial disputes), James Lee (construction) and Lyn Stronghill (financial controller).
