A leading law firm in the county has struck a deal with Premier League Crystal Palace.

Thackray Williams, which has offices in Sevenoaks, Bromley and West Wickham, has become a local partner to the south London club - and will see its branding on pitch-side LED displays and screens around its Selhurst Park stadium.

Thackray Williams’ head of sport, Lewis Glasson alongside head of financial and professional Services, Nick Gabay and managing partner, Sean Sanders, at Selhurst Park

Partner Lewis Glasson, who heads up the law firm’s sports sector, explained: “This partnership reinforces our growing influence in the sports sector, and our commitment to providing affordable legal expertise to athletes, clubs and organisations at all levels.

“Sport is a big business, with stakeholders at various levels, from the elite professionals to grassroots community clubs. People and businesses at all levels and of all abilities have legal issues, such as disputes, commercial deals or regulatory compliance. Not everyone can afford top-level City of London rates, and there is a growing demand for affordable, specialist legal advice in this sector.”

The law firm's branding will be on display at Palace's Selhurst Park

Fans will get their first glimpse of the Thackray Williams brand at Palace’s first home game of the season on Saturday when they host West Ham.
