Staff and members of the newly-launched Vertex Law Limited Liability Partnership

VERTEX LAW, the new specialist legal practice, officially opened for business on November 29 with a 30-strong team.

Headed by Stuart Butler-Gallie, named the ‘corporate doyen’ of the South East by legal industry ‘bible’ Chambers, the Kings Hill-based firm is the first of its kind in Kent.

Focused solely on the needs of corporate clients, its areas of expertise include corporate finance, commercial property, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, dispute resolution and human resources.

Mr Butler-Gallie said: “There is a clear gap in the market place for a regional firm that is solely focused on the needs of corporate customers and that has the expertise to take on the large London players.”

The official opening of Vertex Law was marked by a champagne reception attended by more than 150 business people from across the county.
