A popular hotel has gone on the market.
The Abbey Hotel in Minster, on Sheppey, is set within two acres, is 400 yards from Leas Beach, features 50 en-suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant for 70 covers.
There is also a function room capable of accommodating up to 120 guests.
Currently owned by the Odedra family, it has been put on the market by property specialists Christie & Co - the firm the family originally purchased the hotel from ten years ago.
Andrew Moore, director at the firm handling the sale, said: “The Abbey is the only purpose built hotel on Sheppey and as such, it has a unique position in the market there, representing a solid investment for a new incoming owner.”
There is owner’s accommodation on the first floor, which includes a lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms.
