School pupils and people looking for work can meet more than 100 employers at Kent Choices4U Live.
The free exhibition at the Kent Showground, Detling, shows young people the variety of options open to them as they decide their future.
Kent companies give up their time to show people what working for them is like and to give careers advice.
Run by Kent County Council with media partner the KM Group, the event will host more than 2,000 pupils as well as members of the public interested in a career change.
Last year, it attracted more than 4,000 visitors, including the Duke of York and Jools Holland.
This year, the exhibition will host celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager and the Bloodhound 1,000mph car, which aims to beat the world land-speed record.
It takes place on Thursday and Friday, March 27 and 28.
