A Kent solicitor has been named Conveyancer of the Year at an industry awards.

QualitySolicitors Martin Tolhurst, which has offices across the county, picked up the prize at the LFS Awards, a ceremony for convenyancing, the process of changing ownership of property.

The London and South East regional ceremony took place in Milton Keynes on last Thursday.

Managing partner Richard Carter said: “Conveyancing is a pressurised business and it is great to know that our efforts have been recognised and we accept this award with great pride.”
