MHA MacIntyre Hudson signs up as Visit Kent corporate sponsor

The county's tourism agency has signed up its latest corporate sponsor.
Tourism champion Visit Kent has welcomed chartered accountancy and business advisory firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson as the a corporate investor.
The firm has offices in Maidstone and Canterbury.
It has signed up as part of a drive to build mutually-beneficial partnerships with businesses with links to the tourism industry.
CEO of Visit Kent, Deirdre Wells, said: “By working together with our corporate partners, we are able to support them in gaining further insight into the tourism sector, improving their marketing intelligence to ensure that they are able to contribute the most that they can to the visitor economy.”
Visit Kent currently has more than 150 investors from across the tourism industry and the county’s local authorities, and also works with numerous non-tourism Kent-based business.
The organisation welcomed its first corporate investor, law firm Brachers, in 2016 and expects to announce further partnerships throughout 2019.
Sue Rathmell, head of the Kent travel and tourism team at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, said: “Many of the partners and staff have their roots in Kent and an in-depth understanding of the way the county’s businesses operate, as well as the issues and challenges they face.
“We believe Kent is a great place to welcome tourists and we want to help the county’s tourism sector become even more successful.
“Our team of accountants, tax staff and business advisors is committed to promoting Kent and helping its businesses succeed. This makes a partnership with Visit Kent an obvious choice.”
Visit Kent investors pay an annual subscription and in turn receive domestic and international marketing, research, PR, digital and development services and advice from the expert team.
