THE Kings Ferry Travel Group is adding 10 new coaches to its fleet at a cost of £2million.
The first of the new vehicles was unveiled at the European coach and bus trade industry show, Euro Bus Expo 2006, at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
The new 53 and 49-seaters bring the average age of vehicles in the fleet to 30 months. They will be introduced across all services, including commuter runs to London, corporate and private hire bookings throughout the UK and coach holidays in mainland Europe.
Steve O'Neill, managing director of the Gillingham-based group, said: "Our strong reputation is built on ensuring our customers enjoy top quality service in modern, well-equipped vehicles.
"All the new coaches are being fitted with such comforts as audio visual systems, hot and cold refreshments, seat back tables, foot rests and magazine nets."
