LUXURY shirt maker, Thomas Pink is the latest high street name to join Crossways Business Park.

The Jermyn Street based retailer has taken 27,000 sq ft at Edisons Park.

The arrival of Thomas Pink on Crossways continues a busy period for the business park, which has recently seen office accommodation taken by developer Cathedral Group and a land sale for a bespoke head office for Moat Housing Group.

Nick Turner, development manager for Land Securities, said: "Following a number of transactions at Admirals Park, the office campus on Crossways, the letting to Thomas Pink confirms the strength of our offer for warehouse and distribution units."

Owned by the luxury goods Group LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey) whose brand portfolio also includes luxury names such as Christian Dior, Tag Heuer and Givenchy, Thomas Pink has 20 stores in the UK and a global presence with stores in Brussels, Paris, Shanghai and New York.

It is anticipated that Thomas Pink will be operational from their new facility in May 2005.

Accommodation currently available at Crossways Business Park includes offices from 7,000 to 68,000 sq ft at Admirals Park, together with distribution production units of 35,000 and 55,000 sq ft at Edisons Park.
