An employment law specialist has been made partner at Gullands Solicitors.
Amanda Finn has been promoted from head of the employment department at the Maidstone-based law firm.
She joined the business in 2004 and was named as an ‘associate to watch’ in the Chambers legal guide last year.
She acts for local businesses and charities in employment tribunals and on matters like contracts and handbooks.
The move means Gullands has 10 partners and 49 support staff.
Mrs Finn said: “I am delighted and proud to join the partnership at Gullands and I look forward to playing an active role in strengthening and developing both the employment team and the business over the coming years.”
Gullands chairman Blair Gulland said: “Amanda has developed a strong and loyal client base during her time with us and has proved herself to be a real asset to the firm. I am very pleased that she has accepted our invitation and look forward to working together.”
