There was lots to smile about for Kent and Sussex offices of estate agent Fine & Country as regional managing partner Chris Doe stepped up on stage to collect a prestigious award.

The combined regional offices scooped the Fine & Country Operator of The Year 2017 award, which was presented by property TV presenter Melissa Porter.

More than 500 estate agents attended the glittering Fine & Country gala dinner and awards ceremony, held at The Vox conference centre in Birmingham.

Chris, who is based in West Malling, said: “We are thrilled to receive this award, which is a culmination of all our hard work over the last 12 months.

"There can be no higher accolade than to be recognised by your peers in this way.”
