Be in the thick of IT at eKent

KENT IT specialists will get the chance to present their technological expertise to hundreds of potential customers when the largest IT conference and exhibition in the county takes place in November.

eKent 2006 is taking place at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Maidstone, on Wednesday, November 1 and is free to delegates.

Local exhibitors providing software, hardware and support services are being encouraged to book a stand as soon as possible as space is now limited.

Running alongside the exhibition will be a programme of workshops covering a variety of topics. There will also be 'surgeries' throughout the day to provide advice on Microsoft Office software.

Kim Fletcher, Business Link’s innovation and development manager, said: "eKent will be a showcase for Kent’s most innovative companies and gives exhibitors the perfect opportunity to boost their business by meeting potential clients from the local business community.

eKent 2006, which takes place from 8am to 5pm, is a project funded by SEEDA and is being held in association with the eKent Partnership.
