Discovery Park in Sandwich is set to launch a new scheme it hopes will help drive the development of life sciences firms in the UK.
The site is spearheading its first Reactor programme aimed at everyone from entrepreneurs with start-ups to established companies.
The mentoring programme will seek to identify the priorities and needs of an operation and how to allocate resources.
Free for successful applicants, it will be delivered over eight weeks with two half-day sessions per week.
Discovery Park chiefs says it "equates to around £15,000 of consultancy" per team.
The Reactor scheme is based on the Triple Chasm Company's approach for commercialising innovation.
Mayer Schreiber, CEO of Discovery Park, said: ‘The Reactor programme is a central plank of our innovation strategy, driving Discovery Park’s development into a hub for translation of life sciences research.
"It complements our other innovation-related activities such as the opening of our new incubator facility in the middle of 2022. We are looking forward to helping a range of exciting companies accelerate towards their goals, working in partnership with the Triple Chasm Company and the scheme’s excellent mentors.’
Applications to take part can be made now with the deadline of 5pm on August 16.
A short webinar including more information for those interested takes place on Tuesday, July 27 at noon.
