To keep up with increasing customer demand, family-run Italian restaurant and takeaway business Big Boys Pizza is expanding. On Wednesday 25 January, the team will open a new branch located on Mill Street, Maidstone.

Big Boys Pizza Maidstone’s extensive food offering will feature everything from authentic Italian pizzas, pasta and calzone to kebabs and burgers. On top of this, there are a range of sides, including garlic bread, chicken nuggets and onion rings, plus drinks, desserts, ice cream and much more.

The most popular Big Boys menu item is pizza. Like all the restaurant’s dishes, it is made using high-quality ingredients, with dough prepared freshly in-house to ensure the best taste. There are lots of delicious toppings and sizes to choose from. If you’re feeling particularly hungry, Big Boys’ biggest pizza is 24 inches – the biggest in Kent!

The restaurant will be open six days a week (closed on Tuesdays) for collection and local delivery. Although predominantly a takeaway, Big Boys Pizza Maidstone will offer some seating for eating in too so you can enjoy your meal in a restaurant setting with a beer or glass of wine.

So, why Maidstone and why now? The decision to open a new branch in Maidstone is off the back of the success of Big Boys Pizza Sittingbourne, the brand’s original branch, which opened in 2007.

Owner Tahir Macudi explains that customers were travelling all across Kent – particularly Maidstone – for a taste of their pizzas and many asked about the possibility of a Big Boys opening in their local area.

This inspired the team to expand the much-loved brand. And while the focus is on Maidstone for now, in the future, Tahir hopes to open more restaurants in other towns, including Faversham and Canterbury.

With just one week to go until the official opening, Big Boys Pizza is pulling together the final touches and getting ready to serve the people of Maidstone all their favourite treats. On opening day, they will be pulling out all the stops by giving out free mini doughnuts!

There will be various offers to take advantage of, including savings when you collect. You can also enjoy a free garlic bread, bottled drink or fries with any order over £30.
