Faversham brewer Shepherd Neame has signed an official partnership deal with the iconic Boat Race.
The annual clash between crews from Oxford and Cambridge on the Thames takes place this weekend.
And the Kentish bewery will be the official beer supplier of the event.
The Boat Race is expected to see a turn out of more than 250,000 spectators to watch the battle unfold along the river's banks, along with a TV audience of some five million.
Visitors watching the race at fan parks in Hammersmith and Fulham will be able to buy a range of Sheps' beers and ciders.
Shepherd Neame chief executive Jonathan Neame said: "The Boat Race is the epitome of British style, sporting excellence and tradition, and we are delighted to be the official beer and supplier for this prestigious event.”
The Boat Race Company Limited chair, Tim Senior, added: “Their passion for excellence matches that of the Boat Race and its crews. It feels fitting to be able to introduce fans to our partner in the Boat Race fan parks on race day."
It will add to what is already a very Kentish event as Tenterden winemakers Chapel Down recently extended its partnership with the event.
As official 'celebration partner' the winning team will toast their success on the podium with the vineyard's sparkling wines.
The Women’s Boat Race will start at 2.23pm on Sunday and the men’s event at 3.23pm. Both will be televised live on the BBC.
