A Kent business coaching firm is looking to good times ahead - after grabbing four new contracts in recent weeks.
Despite the economic downturn which has left many county businesses reeling, Tunbridge Wells based Unlimited Potential has just signed up to do coaching work for the British Airline Pilots Association, Jockey Club Racecourses, auditing consultants MicroRose and cheque cashing company the Money Shop.
The firm, which specialises in mentoring and developing, has more than doubled its turnover in the last six months. It was founded in 2004.
Managing director Tim Hawkes said: "During times of economic instability it is even more important for businesses to retain and proactively develop their most talented managers and leaders.
"If companies are struggling to stay afloat, a gifted executive can play a vital role in helping a business emerge unscathed from a turbulent period.
"We are now seeing global organisations and small to medium-sized businesses more keen to support key individuals' development by providing them with a business coach."
