TONY BUDDIN: Says the website will be the first port of call for Kent businesses

BUSINESS Link Kent has launched a new website to provide the county’s businesses with helpful information.

Launched on October 21, it combines local news and information with direct access to government sites and the full business support resources of the Department of Trade & Industry.

Businesses logging on can do many things, from completing a VAT return online to finding a comprehensive introduction to marketing or business planning.

Tony Buddin, director of marketing at BLK, said: “We have taken the award-winning national Business Link site and tailored it to the needs of Kent and Medway.

“The result is a website that is a first port of call for organisations looking to take advantage of any of the local or national business support services that are available. It’s joined up e-Government.”
