Business Link's 'dynamic duo'

TWO new advisers have been appointed by Business Link Kent to help the county's business community.

Jeremy Hewlett, 44, from Faversham, will be offering his expertise to people in the Canterbury and Swale region. He has more than 25 years experience in marketing and strategy development and has recently started companies in consulting and the development of alternative power systems.

Simon Warren-Smith, 43, is the new innovation and technology manager. He worked for Ford for 21 years on the engineering and business side of the industry. He also spent a year doing charity work, designing and testing appliances for disabled children.

Head of business advisory services Kim Fletcher said: "These dynamic guys bring years of hands-on experience to their roles and will be able to offer businesses throughout Kent the best possible advice, wither directly or by drawing upon the vast network of resources we have access to."
