BUZZLINES, the South East's leading coach operator, has acquired the award-winning travel company En Route.
Buzzlines Travel, headed by Buzzlines owners Kathryn and Nigel Busbridge, can now offer an expanded range of UK and mainland Europe destinations by coach and Eurostar.
Buzzlines travel specialists will work alongside the team at the En Route booking office, at Red Lion Square, Hythe. En Route managing director Joanna Ames will be leading the Buzzlines travel arm.
Ms Ames said: "I launched En Route ten years ago and we have rapidly become a very successful travel company serving group and independent travellers seeking short breaks, city breaks and longer holidays.
"We have a Travel Club with more than 4,000 members and offer online booking, which is very popular with younger travellers.
"Our experience of the travel business and the coach operating expertise of Buzzlines, as well as the Buzzlines range of day trips, short breaks and European holidays, is a winning combination and a great proposition for travellers."
Mr Busbridge said: "This is a most exciting time for Buzzlines. We are determined to build our travel business significantly during the coming months while maintaining our reputation for the highest quality of personal service delivered with professional pride.
"Acquiring En Route greatly expands the range of services and opportunities we can offer our clients."
