Mad Cat micro-brewery in Faversham has launched a new selection of craft bottled beers as it looks to combat the impact of the lockdown on its business.
The range launches this week and includes four beers featuring two IPAs, a strong bitter and a rye ale.
Its founder and owner, Peter Meaney, says: “Traditionally we have sold our beers in a variety of formats, although many of our products were only available in casks or kegs.
"We have now chosen a terrific selection of our most popular beers to sell in bottles, to enable shops and retail outlets to stock these craft beers. Customers can either buy them from their local shop or direct from us via our website.
“Bottled beers work well as they are more practical for shop sales and easier for drinkers to enjoy at home, rather than the larger volume of beer involved in buying five-litre minikegs. We’ve spent all of January brewing this latest batch of beers and we’re very excited about launching them into the big wide world.”
