KENT Executive Club, a growing band of business people from across the county, has an impressive line-up of speakers for the early part of 2004.

Trevor Gasson, Maidstone council's deputy chief executive and planning director, will speak about the Fremlin Walk retail development. His talk will be held at Stone Court Hotel, Maidstone.

On March 17, MEP Mark Watts will attend a dinner at the Holiday Inn, Rochester to offer an insight into the workings of the European Parliament.

Lord Lieutenant of Kent Allan Willett, a successful businessman who recently sold his multi-million pound coding company Willett International, will talk about the role of the Lord Lieutenancy in the 21st century after a dinner at the Holiday Inn, Ashford.

Meanwhile, KEC membership has grown during the last couple of years. Members are welcome from all parts of the county.
