NIGEL Busbridge, managing director of Folkestone-based coach firm, Buzzlines, has raised more than £2,000 for the Kent Air Ambulance by completing the Three Peaks Challenge.

The energetic fund-raiser climbed to the summits of Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon in less than 36 hours.

The event was organised by the Shepway Duke of Edinburgh Award organisation which approached Buzzlines for transport.

Mr Busbridge decided to join the group of 22 people from the district taking part in the challenge over the Golden Jubilee weekend.
