THE health of the Kent commercial property market is to come under the spotlight later this month with the publication of a new report.

The 2002 Kent Property Market Report, published by Kent County Council, Cluttons and Locate in Kent, in association with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), will be presented to an audience of property experts, developers and agents at the BT Workstyle building in Sevenoaks on September 24.

It will examine the performance of the area's property sectors during 2001/2 and assess the impact of recent developments.

The findings are likely to influence London-based property experts considering investing in the county.
